Great Reasons to Choose Thomas University
Earn College Credit by Examination
We want you to succeed. To reduce the length of time and cost to complete a program of study, TU will accept up to 30 combined hours of credit for approved courses towards a bachelor's degree or 15 hours towards an associate of arts degree through any of the following: CSC 120 Computer Applications Examination, institutional-departmental examinations, the College Level Examination Program (CLEP) subject examinations, the Defense Activity for Non-Traditional Education Support (DSST/DANTES), or the Advanced Placement (AP) program.
Designed for Working Professionals
Thomas University's Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling and Master of Business Administration with concentration in Public Administration programs are tailored to adults seeking convenience and flexibility. Applicants are not required to submit Graduate Record Exam (GRE) or Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT®) scores. Additionally, these graduate programs can be completed completely online and there is no residency requirement. You will not have to take time from work to travel to campus for your course work.
An Affordable Education

TU does not charge out-of-state tuition, so whether you live in Georgia or elsewhere in the U.S. you pay the same tuition. Student financial aid is offered to assist in making higher education a reality for those who would be unable to attend college without financial assistance. At least 87 percent of Thomas University's students receive some form of financial aid.
Thomas University also offers a number of scholarships to students. These scholarships are awarded on a limited basis, so remember to apply for the scholarship of your choice as early as possible.
Military Friendly
We are part of the Servicemembers Opportunity Colleges (SOC) Consortium and wholly dedicated to helping servicemembers and their families get college degrees. Military students can take courses in their off-duty hours at (or near) military installations in the United States, overseas, and on Navy ships.
