Easy to Access
Courses are easily accessible — all you need is a computer with a high-speed Internet connection (Cable/DSL is highly recommended). You can view the live streaming video class while interacting with the on-campus students via an 800 number phone connection or watch the class later through the archived servers.

Distance learners at Missouri S&T participate in their classes in a variety of ways. The technology utilized for our online courses is structured to promote classroom engagement and to make the information as accessible as possible.

Transfer Credits
Missouri S&T accepts CLEP (College Level Examination Program) and IB (International Baccalaureate) credit. CLEP credit is awarded for subject exams only — no general exam credit is available. Missouri S&T accepts college-level non-remedial course work from all accredited institutions.
