The program is offered in a flexible, online environment. The vast majority of these courses are asynchronous and can be completed on the student’s own schedule - provided the student meets the required examination and assignment deadlines.

The program is conveniently offered in a flexible, distance learning format that involves a one-week summer, intensive, on-campus experience that includes role-playing seminars, disaster drills and a table-top exercise.

Master of Science in Midwifery Degree Program

The Midwifery Institute of Philadelphia University believes its community-based educational model decreases barriers to education. The system also provides a way for each student to share in group discussions. Telephone costs are minimized by the system's speed and design, and by Web-based technology.

A distance learning program requires a reliable, flexible and user-friendly method for communicating. Our computer-based system enables students and faculty to exchange personal messages, assignments, course materials, and curriculum updates quickly and easily.
