Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Information Systems - Software Development Management

Post University offers a valuable and relevant Computer Information Systems degree that prepares students for real-world development, management, and administration of IT for companies, non-profit organizations, and civil/government agencies. The program provides you with core knowledge of programming and system design that are in high demand in the workplace. Students have a choice of two programs: Database and Software Development Management. These concentrations develop specific knowledge focused on knowledge and skills that are in high demand in the marketplace.

Software development projects need to be delivered with quality, timeliness, and on budget. This program has been designed to teach the student how to deliver all three. The curriculum will impart to the student both IT knowledge and management skills. IT Knowledge will cover major components of information architecture, such as database, programming, and web development. IT management will focus on project management, systems analysis and software engineering.
