Bachelor of Science in Professional Studies - Organizational Leadership Online Degree Information

Leadership is the ability to help others move organizations forward in changing times. While the focus of the Bachelor of Science in Professional Studies - Organizational Leadership program is cultivating the ability to lead at any level, individuals also develop and refine skills in critical thinking, problem solving, motivating and empowering others, and communicating effectively and persuasively. Combine a concentration in organizational leadership with another concentration to comprise your major. Other concentration options include professional communication, behavioral science, training and development and organizational behavior.

Courses are offered in an accelerated, 8-week format. Students can obtain a degree in four years (less with transfer credits). Those entering with an associate's degree or equivalent can earn their degree in about two years.
