Doctor of Computer Science Colorado Technical University

Doctor of Computer Science

The Doctor of Computer Science (DCS) program at Colorado Technical University's Institute for Advanced Studies is the terminal degree for computer science professionals, consultants and academics. The program encourages students to think and act strategically and helps them gain the ability to predict future trends, communicate technical material to non-technical decision makers, and make positive contributions in their area of technical expertise.

This three-year program allows students to conduct research that advances the field of computer science, develop a software process improvement plan for an organization, and evaluate new and emerging security systems. The Doctor of Computer Science is taught in an executive format, combining online instruction with intensive residential sessions, each lasting four days at the CTU Colorado Springs campus.

CTU cannot guarantee employment or salary.
