The CTU MBA program is designed to provide each student with a breadth of skills ranging from accounting to project management. The program revolves around managerial skills required in planning, organizing and controlling work in organizations, and focuses on directing, coaching and motivating people for effective performance. The MBA program features coursework that challenges students to understand various management theories, essential management functions and their interrelationships and the global environment of today's business. Courses will be taught by instructors with relevant career experience in their field of expertise. Students can benefit from their instructors' perspectives and professional insights as they acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to identify, pursue and compete for a diverse range of executive positions.
