Graduate Certificate in Leadership
Post University's Online Graduate Certificate in Leadership is designed to provide tools for developing high-performing, adaptable organizations. The program focuses on individual, team, and organizational leadership, and students will examine and develop their own individual leadership style. Courses also focus on incorporating innovation into all aspects of a business, managing for the future, and the practice of leading through authenticity, ethical behavior and taking a high moral ground.
The certificate program provides a historical look at leadership and management, and helps students develop practical change management techniques. In addition, students will explore the financial modeling tools necessary for any leader who is responsible for an organization.

Admission to the graduate programs at the University is based on the applicant's academic record. Prospective students must hold a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education. The undergraduate record must demonstrate clear evidence of the applicant's ability to undertake and successfully complete advanced study in the graduate field. No GMAT scores required.
