Master of Higher Education Administration - Community and Technical College Administration emphasis
Upper Iowa offers a Master of Higher Education Administration (MHEA) degree, with an emphasis in Community and Technical College Administration. This emphasis is specifically designed to meet the needs of community and technical college leaders. It introduces students to best-practice skills and models in areas such as instrumental design, distance education, curriculum development and program assessment built around foundational coursework on community college administration.
Skill and competence in specific educational administration areas are developed through individual and group assignments that combine theory with practical examples. Learners apply relevant theories to real-world higher education case study scenarios. The MHEA program is designed to strengthen the leadership skills for educational administrators.

Must have a High School diploma from before 2004. Must hold a BA or BS in Accounting (or have completed at least 30 undergraduate semester credits in accounting) from a regionally accredited institution and have a cumulative GPA of 2.75.
