Bachelor of Arts in Psychology Columbia College

Bachelor of Arts in Psychology

Those who choose a career path of psychology are typically fascinated with the way humans interact, feel, think and learn. If you major in psychology at Columbia College, you can choose between two programs of study—the applied program if you plan to seek employment immediately after graduation, or the academic studies program if you plan to go on to earn a graduate degree. On your way to degree completion you will further develop your written and oral communication skills and your ability to observe, predict and understand human development. Learning will take place outside of the classroom as well; you will join faculty and travel to conferences to present your research to other industry experts.
