Our professors from across the country bring their expertise and experience to the classroom. Supplemental lecturers provide video lectures to the curriculum, while cooperating professors from ABA law schools author and teach courses.

As part of Kaplan University, Concord Law School is regionally accredited by the Higher Learning Commission (HLC) and a member of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools (NCA).* Concord is also nationally accredited by the Accrediting Commission of the Distance Education and Training Council (DETC).† Additionally, Concord is an institutional member of the Council for Higher Education Accreditation and the International Association of Law Schools (IALS).

Concord is registered as a distance-learning law school with the Committee of Bar Examiners of the State Bar of California. Registration with the Committee permits Concord JD graduates, who meet the regulatory requirements, to apply for admission to the State Bar of California.‡

Average Cost per Credit: Annual tuition for JD and EJD terms beginning after June 1, 2010, is $9984. A $100 nonrefundable application fee is required to be considered for admission. Tuition for the LLM degree program is $900 per unit.

Delivery Format: (?) The Law School curriculum is available to Concord students over the Internet 24 hours a day, seven days a week from any part of the globe. Students set their own pace and speed within a structured learning system developed by legal education experts.

Geographic Restrictions: If you can access the curriculum on the Internet, you can live anywhere and be enrolled as a Concord law student.

On-Campus Requirement: There are no on-campus requirements.

Scholarships Offered: Concord Law School accepts most Veterans Administration benefits to assist with tuition charges. Contact your Veterans Administration office to determine for which type of funding you qualify.

Loans Offered: Students have the option of paying tuition in full or you can take advantage of tuition financing made available directly to students by Concord Law School. A variety of payment plans are available.

Registration Details: Must have completed a bachelor's degree with a 3.0 GPA from a regionally or DETC accredited U.S. institution approved by the State Bar of California to be considered for admission. All applicants are required to take the Concord Admissions Test.
