Description:
Norwich University developed the Master of Public Administration (MPA) program to provide graduates with the tools needed to excel in leadership positions in public, private, and nonprofit organizations. This professional degree is specifically designed to equip current and future public service professionals with the skills and techniques required to resolve important societal problems. It is both academically comprehensive and sufficiently flexible to provide students opportunities to pursue special interests and skills. Coursework focuses on organizational management, leadership, decision-making, conflict management, ethical and legal issues, information management and security, human resources, and budgeting and financial processes.
