At both the undergraduate and graduate levels, coursework parallels professional practice, and provides students with opportunities to exceed industrial and historically traditional standards. Graphic design students’ print and digital portfolios display professionally competitive design projects and demonstrate knowledgeable use of communication media, from print to time based. In the Master of Arts in Graphic Design program, students gain a background in design history and theory and then experiment and develop their own approaches to design.
