Liberty University’s Master of Education in Administration and Supervision program prepares you for effective leadership in Christian, public, and private schools. Courses provide specialized preparation for individuals seeking credentials for a K–12 school position or those with a desire to further their education and pursue either an EdS or EdD. Students will develop the skills necessary to assume a facilitating role in accomplishing the goals and objectives of an education system. The degree program is well-suited for the professional educator seeking a salary increase or who has a desire to pursue a doctoral degree. This program is approved through the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE) and is a state-approved program for advanced licensure (reciprocity with other states) or endorsements. A total of 36 credit hours must be completed, including internship and residency requirement. Up to 6 credit hours can be transferred in from an accredited and unconferred degree. As the world’s largest evangelical university, Liberty University incorporates core Christian values into all of their degree offerings in order to provide all students a thorough academic and spiritually enriching program of study.
