Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Information Technology

Information Technology combines the human need for information with substantial training in current technology learning systems. The BSBA in IT degree program focus is on the acquisition of theory and technical competencies associated with the information technology profession, and provides fundamental knowledge and application in information technology and data information development. Graduates will successfully complete 121 credit hours. Major requirements include an Introduction to Business, Leadership, Principles of Marketing, Principles of Accounting, Human Resource Management, Business Law, Business Ethics, Business Math, Information Systems Management and Financial Management. A minimum of 4 elective courses must be completed for this concentration. Students may choose from Personal Computer Fundamentals, Introduction to Data Communications, System Analysis and Design, Database Design and Implementation, Programming Concepts and Problem Solving, and Web Design and Development.
