The Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Eagle Gate College
Eagle Gate College offers an accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing that may be earned in as few as 36 months. You could prepare for a potential new career path while studying:
- Patient care
- Nursing fundamentals
- Pharmacology
- Medical/surgical and nursing
- Mother/baby and pediatric nursing
- Licensure examination preparation

The BSN program is hybrid, meaning it features both online and on-campus learning. While most courses can be completed online, students come to campus for clinical learning experiences. These may include phlebotomy, wound care, CPR, and others key practices.
The Bachelor of Science in Nursing program is accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education.
Medical Assisting Programs at Eagle Gate College
Eagle Gate is home to two medical assisting programs: an associate’s degree program and a diploma program. The associate’s degree may be earned in as few as 16 months, while the diploma program may take about 10months to earn, on average.
Both the associate’s degree program and the diploma program are designed to cover areas like:
- Microbiology, hematology, venipuncture, and urinalysis
- Transcription and charting
- Patient gowning, draping, vital signs, and ECGs
- Minor surgical assisting
- Injections and pharmacology
The programs may also help students prepare to sit for the National Certification Exam for Medical Assistants.
Eagle Gate Campus Locations
Students may be able to choose between the Murray, Utah, and Layton, Utah campuses. All three programs are typically offered at the Murray campus, while the Layton campus may only offer the BSN program.
