Prospective students must have a high school diploma or GED to apply to PIMA Medical Institute. All applicants must take an entrance exam and pass with a certain score. Applicants who already have an associate’s degree in certain areas may be able to waive this requirement. To officially gain admittance, applicants must interview with a PIMA advisor. Otherwise, additional admissions requirements vary by program and, in some cases, location.i

PIMA Medical Institute has institutional accreditation from the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools. This accreditation covers the Institute itself at all of its locations. PIMA Medical Institute also has programmatic or specialized accreditation, licensure, and/or Certificates of Authorization at each of its schools for various programs.ii
